 Import Compliance

1、We strictly abide by the relevant national import laws and regulations and procure goods that meet the national standards and relevant inspection and quarantine requirements in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Import and Export Food Safety Management Measures. We ensure that the amount of pesticide residues, pathogenic bacteria and contaminants in the imported goods meet the relevant national standards for food safety in China. We also ensure that the import of goods complies with the regulatory requirements of the foreign trade regulators, and that fruit imports are only allowed to purchase products from the List of permitted fruit types and exporting countries/regions in China.

2、We strictly follow the requirements of government agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the National Administration of Taxation to make truthful declarations at the import stage, as well as pay import duties, import excise taxes, and import VAT.

2、We establish a sound product and service quality control system and management system, strengthen process management, and strictly control the quality of each link to ensure that we have the ability to continuously provide quality products and services.

We establish a sound intellectual property risk management system, strengthen the protection of trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights, and defend our rights in accordance with the law. We regulate the use of others' intellectual property rights in accordance with the law to avoid intellectual property infringement.
