Business Partner Compliance

We follow the basic principles of legality, honesty, meritocracy and win-win situation. We adhere to the integrity of our business partners and shall not violate the company's relevant regulations on anti-bribery in the course of transactions with them.

Anti-Bribery Compliance

1、 We comply with the laws and regulations related to anti-bribery in and outside of China, and the Company and all employees shall not commit acts of commercial bribery for any reason or in any form anywhere.

2、We comply with the Anti-Bribery Compliance Manual and the Joy Wing Mau Red Line Management Standards. We shall not solicit gifts or hospitality from others and shall not offer or accept gifts, hospitality or other benefits that do not comply with company regulations or that may influence business decisions. Once a violation is discovered, internal and external personnel are encouraged to report the violation through the reporting hotline with rewards.
