Compliance Management System

Sound compliance organization structure. We establish a compliance organization structure with clear objectives and responsibilities, set up a compliance management committee under the leadership of the board of directors to organize, lead and coordinate compliance management, form a compliance management model driven by internal compliance management and linked by external experts, and achieve full compliance under the multi-faceted guidance of government authorities at all levels.

Develop a compliance system. We strictly comply with the relevant national laws and regulations, establish and improve the rules and systems of corporate governance and internal control, and formulate the Compliance Management System and Compliance Manual which provide the basic action guidelines for the group's compliance operation, in addition to which special compliance manuals are formulated for key areas.

Improve the compliance operation mechanism. We closely integrate compliance management with business, which run through the whole process of decision-making, execution and supervision. Through the key links of compliance risk assessment, compliance inspection, compliance assessment and compliance reporting, we create a compliance operation mechanism with action guidelines, moderate delegation, powerful review and effective reporting, and we continue to optimize it.

Cultivate compliance culture.
